Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Zad Station Store. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. Because we deal with perishable goods and time-sensitive deliveries, please review our policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Preparation: You may cancel your order free of charge if the vendor has not yet started preparing it.

  • After Preparation: Once a vendor (e.g., a restaurant or bakery) begins preparing your order, cancellations are no longer permitted.

2. Returns

  • Perishable Goods: Due to health and safety regulations, fresh food, groceries, and pharmaceutical products cannot be returned once delivered unless they are damaged or incorrect.

  • Non-Perishable Goods: Items such as electronics or fashion may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, expired, or different from what you ordered:

  1. Contact our support team within 30 minutes of delivery.

  2. Provide a photo of the item and the receipt.

  3. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

4. Refunds

  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your Zad Station Wallet (instant) or back to your original payment method (5-10 business days depending on your bank).

  • Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the entire order was cancelled due to a fault on our part or the vendor's part.
