Shipping & Delivery Policy

Zad Station Store specializes in hyperlocal delivery. We focus on getting your items from the vendor to your door as quickly as possible.

1. Delivery Zones

We operate within specific geo-fenced zones to ensure delivery speed. If your address is outside our active delivery radius, the system will notify you before you place an order.

2. Delivery Times

  • On-Demand: Most orders are delivered within 30 to 60 minutes, depending on preparation time and distance.

  • Scheduled Delivery: You may choose a specific time slot for future deliveries for certain categories like groceries.

  • Delays: While we strive for punctuality, factors like extreme weather or heavy traffic may cause delays. We will notify you via the app in such cases.

3. Shipping Fees

Delivery fees are calculated dynamically based on:

  • Distance between the vendor and your location.

  • Current demand (surge pricing may apply during peak hours).

  • Promotional offers or subscription benefits.

4. Real-Time Tracking

Once your order is picked up by a Zad Station rider, you can track their live location on the map via your "My Orders" page.

5. Unsuccessful Delivery

If our rider is unable to reach you at the provided address:

  • They will attempt to call you twice.

  • If no contact is made after 10 minutes of arrival, the rider will move to the next delivery.

  • In cases of perishable food, the order will be disposed of, and no refund will be issued.
