• You agree to provide accurate and current information for delivery and billing.

2. Ordering & Pricing

• All orders are subject to acceptance by the vendor.

• Prices listed are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or product unavailability.

3. User Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

• Providing false delivery addresses.

• Harassing delivery riders or vendor staff.

• Attempting to bypass the platform's security features.

4. Payments

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and various online payment methods (Mada, Visa, etc.).

• In the case of COD, you agree to have the exact amount ready for the rider.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zad Station Store acts as a facilitator. We are not liable for the quality of food or products provided by independent vendors, although we will assist in resolving disputes between you and the vendor.

6. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
